• Hotel Rules & Policy
• Check in Time : From 16:00 PM (4PM)
• Check out : Time: By 11:00 AM
• Age restriction : The guest must be 19 years or older. A guest who is under 19 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Identification : The guest must provide valid photo ID that matches the reservation name
• Pet and smoking policy : JGstay offer 100% smoke and pet-FREE properties.
• Early check-in condition
Based on availability. When the guests arrive at the hotel earlier than check-in time, we provide an early check in with free of charge if it is available.
• Late check-out condition(Based on availability)

=> Late check out fee is $40/hours until 3pm unless there has been prior agreement between the GUEST and JGStay After 3pm, JGStay staffs will have rights to remove the guests' belongings for operating a business, and providing a service for the next guest unless there has been prior agreement between the GUEST and JGStay
STUDIOPLUS = > This location does not offer a hourly late check out option.
• Pest Control : All of JGStay locations are regularly disinfected to ensure a clean stay for guests by professional contractor.
• Noise Level : JGStay properties are in a PRIME location. Please understand that we can not control the noise from outside of the properties. Please enjoy our complimentary earplugs.
• Luggage Storage
JGStay locations offer a luggage storage service with free of charge before check in. Storing a luggage after check out, we charge $5 per bag per day.
For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy to our guests and staffs. We do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid or nicotine, hookahs, cooking, cigars, candle burning, etc.
• Payment : We accept cash and all major credit card as payment.
• Security Deposit : JGStay locations require an incidental deposit as a purpose of any property damages upon check-in.
- Incidental deposit reversal can take up to a 15 business days, depending on the bank. It will be released within 24hrs after the guests check out.
• Housekeeping & Linen change : Comfort is of paramount importance for guest accommodation. JGStay location provide a room cleaning service, per request only.
• Lost & Found : JGStay assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables and belongings.
If you think that you left behind something, let us know immediately, we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
• Credit Card Authorization : If you are making a payment for someone else, credit card authorization form will be required.
• Cancellation : Depending the reservation, the cancellation policy may be applied different condition. Please contact us first, if you need to cancel the reservation.
